The English Department –Moring Class and The English Department – Evening Class, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Held a Workshop on “The Interface between Theory and Practice: Exploring New Methods of Studying and Teaching English Language and Literature”

On Sunday, April 18, 2021, at 8:00 PM, The English Department – Moring and Evening Programs, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Koya University held a joint virtual workshop titled "The Interface between Theory and Practice: Exploring New Methods of Studying and Teaching English Language and Literature". The workshop aimed at bringing together researchers, teachers and students to discuss and better understand the theoretical and practical issues related to teaching EFL and conducting research in the field of English language and literature. The workshop consisted of two panels sessions featuring five speakers:

Panel One

Panel Two

- Mr. Hawkar Akram Awla:

“Using Games in Language Teaching and Learning”

- Mr. Hana Mohammed Smail:

Using Communication Strategies in Teaching English Literature to EFL Students”

Each panel ended with a Q&A session and the workshop concluded at 10:00 PM.
