Welcome

Today, Koya Presidency is pleased to see those (1108) boys and girls of our people award a bachelor degree in engineering, law, administrative, science, humanities, and education fields.

As you know, today is the 15 anniversary of the establishment of Koya University, the University that fellow Mam Jalal put the foundation stone 15 years ago. This year, the 13th Graduation session of our University coincides with the anniversary of its founder’s loss. So we reaffirm the fidelity of all instructors, employees, and students, including today’s graduate students to the great founder of our University. Here we announce that Koya University continues to step forward on the right path. Koya University since its establishment to this session has offered (10722) graduated students to Kurdistan. If we make a simple statistic for the alumni of previous years in different fields and domains, we see that 1954 graduated from Engineering Department, 1270 graduated from Law Department, 1565 graduated from Scientific Departments, 3652 graduated from Educational Department and they received their certificates. By steering on these numbers we realize the importance of our University deeds and how effective were in the categories of reconstruction, law, education, science in Kurdistan.

Ladies and gentlemen

It is true that in recent years, due to economic crises that KRG suffered from. Shortcomings and unplanned employing for years by the local government of Kurdistan concerning the process of employing, work opportunity, and livelihood distressed our alumni. But because of Kurdistan and Iraq still full of bounties, land fertility and its weather make us positive. I assure you in the near future, work opportunity and services will be in a way that our alumni get advantage from them.

As you know, in the last few days the process of Kurdistan Assembly Election took place. With all our observations, we can consider it as a successful one, because it was for the Fifth Parliament Session. This means the democratic process and ruling is stepping forward. In addition, in the last few days, the president of Iraq Republic has initiated. We hope that the formation of Baghdad and the regional government to start soon. We do not have any other options. We have to be united and accept each other in this stage.

Dear Instructors, alumni, and attendance:

Now, Koya University is one of the pioneering Universities in Kurdistan and Iraq. Due to that, we have evidence that the alumni of this University, after receiving their certificates, in many institutions and workplaces in the world, they get jobs easily without any difficulty. This shows the level of loyalties, the hardworking and scientific rank of our University Instructors. This university in the last two days held two other ceremonies, the first one was opened Malay Gawra Research Centre that a while ago, it has been decided but the facilities for its staff, plan, and place has not been fulfilled. So we hope and wait that in upcoming future we were able to see the outcomes of humanities, education, and historical researches.

Next, Koya University awarded in a ceremony all who are continual in serving and promoting their scientific level in the university and who served faithfully.

Also this year, in September Koya University and American Seed Foundation offered 95 certificates for participants in a psychological treatment course, who participated in the last 18 months, and all the costs provided by the US State Department. We have plans to continue in that because this field is very important for Kurdistan society live.

Ladies and gentlemen

Recently in the statistic report of a demographic survey completed by the Regional Statistic Board with the help of UNFPA and IOM, clarifies that studying has a strong relationship with participating in manpower especially by women and girls. It becomes obvious from those surveys that only 4% of women who came out home to work have no certificates and 5% of them have primary or secondary certificates, but 34% of women and girls who work have preparatory and above preparatory. This means that nowadays in Kurdistan if we compare the old and the young, educated, there is a huge difference. For instance, the young between ages (18-27) 86% of them have certificates and they are educated, but those who are 65 years old and older 17% have certificates and literate females.

These show the spirit of Kurdistan society. Thank God that our Kurdistan is improved in the level of literacy. We hope that the Universities, educational institutions, and the higher education link to the labour market.

Finally, on behalf of the University committee, I congratulate the alumni of the thirteenth session of our university and I thank deeply the hardworking instructors, employees, and students' relatives.

We hope success for all and wish for a secure Kurdistan.

بەڕێزان سەرۆکایەتى زانکۆى کۆیە ئەمرۆ خۆشحالە کە دەبینێ (1108) کچ و کوڕى میللەتەکەمان بڕوانامەى بکالۆریوس وەردەگرن لە بوارەکانى ئەندازیارى و یاسا و کارگێرى و زانستەپەتى و مرۆڤایەتی و پەروەردەییەکان.

وەک خۆتان دەزانن ئەمرۆ ساڵیادى (15) ساڵەى دامەزراندنى زانکۆى کۆیەیە، ئەو زانکۆیەى کە بەردى بناغەى بە دەستى مامى کۆچ کردومان هەڤاڵ مام جلال (15) ساڵ لەمەوبەر دانرا.

ئەمساڵ خولى سيانزەمینى زانکۆمان هاوکاتە لەگەڵ ساڵیادى کۆچى دوایى دامەزرێنەرەکەى، بۆیە ئەمەکدارى و وەفادارى سەرجەم مامۆستایان و کارمەندان و خوێندکاران بە دەرچوانى ئەمرۆشەوە بۆ دامەزرێنەرە مەزنەکەى زانکۆمان دووپات دەکەینەوە. وەڕاى دەگەیەنین کە زانکۆى کۆیە خەریکە لەسەر ڕێگەى راست و ئاواتەکانى دامەزرێنەرەکەى بەرەوپێشەوە هەنگاوى دروست دەنێت. زانکۆى کۆیە لەماوەى دامەزراندنیەوە تاوەکو ئەم خولەى(10722) دەرچووى بەکوردستان بەخشیوە، ئەگەر بێت و سەرژمێرى و ئامارێکى سەر پێ یى وەربگرین بۆ دەرچووانى ساڵانى ڕابردوى زانکۆى کۆیە لە بوارو پسپۆڕیە جیا جیاکانى وە دەبینین بەم شێوەیە(1954) ئەندازیارى و (1270) یاسا ناس و (1565)زانستى و (3652) پەروەردەیى تا ئێستا بڕوانامەکانیان وەرگرتووە، بە تێڕامانمان لەم ژمارانە گەورەیى و گرینگى کارەکانى زانکۆمان دەست دەکەوێت کە چەندە کاریگەر بووە لە بوارەکانى ئاوەدانى و یاسایى و پەروەردەیى و زانستى لە کوردستان.

ئامادەبووان:-

ڕاستە لەم چەند ساڵەى ڕابردوو بەهۆی قەیرانە داراییەکانى کە بەرۆکى حکومەتى هەرێمى کوردستانى گرتوە وە کەم و کوڕى و دامەزراندنى بێ پلانو بەرنامەى چەند ساڵى حکومەتى خۆماڵى کوردستانى پرۆسەى دامەزراندن و هەلى کارو دۆزینەوەى سەرچاوەى بژێوى دەرچووانى زانکۆمان و گەنجانمان نیگەرانن. بەڵام لەبەرئەوەى کوردستان و عێراق هێشتا پڕن لە خێرو بیرو هەڵکەوتەکەى و بەپیتى خاک و ئاوو هەواکەى مایەى ڕەوینەوەى ئەم نیگەرانیانەیە. دڵنیاتان دەکەمەوە لەماوەیەکى کەمى داهاتوو هەلى کارو خزمەت گوزاریەکان بەشێوەیەک دەبێ کە گەنجانمان و دەرچووان تیایدا بە بەهرەمەند دەبن.

هەمووان ئاگادارن کە لەچەند رۆژى ڕابردوو پرۆسەى هەڵبژاردنى پەرلەمانى کوردستان ئەنجام درا بە هەمو تێبینی و سەرنجەکانمانەوە دەتوانین بە پڕۆسەیەکى سەرکەوتووى دابنێین چونکە ئەم پرۆسەیە بۆ خولى پێنجەمى پەرلەمانى کوردستان بوو، وە ئەوەش پێمان دەڵێ کە پرۆسەى دیموکراسى و حوکمڕانى خەریکە بەرەو چەسپاندنى پایەو بنەماکانى هەنگاودەنێ، هەروەها لە چەند رۆژى ڕابردوو سەرۆکى کۆمارى عێراق دەست بەکاربوو هیوادارین بەم زوانەش حکومەتى بغداد و هەرێم پێکبهێندرێت و هیچ چارەمان نیە و قەدەرى هەموومان ئەوەیە کە لەم قۆناغەدا تەبابین و یەکترمان قبوڵ بێت و یەک ڕیز بین.

مامۆستایان، دەرچووان، ئامادەبووانى خۆشەویست:

زانکۆى کۆیە لە ئیستادا یەکێکە لە زانکۆ پێشەنگ و پێش کەوتوەکانى عێراق و کوردستان، چونکە ئێمە بەڵگەمان لایە کە دەرچووانى ئەم زانکۆیە لەدواى بەدەست هێنانى بڕوانامەکانیان لەزۆر دەزگاو شوێنى کارکردن لە دونیا بە ئاسانى و بێ گرفت وەردەگیرێن و دەتوانن کاربکەن. ئەمەش ماندووبوون و دڵسۆزى و ئاستى زانستى بەرزى مامۆستایانى زانکۆمان پێشان دەدات. زانکۆکەمان لەیەک دوو رۆژى ڕابردوو دوو مەراسیمى ترى ئەنجام دا یەکێکیان کردنەوەى سەنتەرى توێژینەوەى مەلاى گەورە بوو کە دەمێک بوو ئەم سەنتەرە بڕیارى لێ درابوو بەڵام ستاف و جێگاو ڕێگاو پلانى کارکردنى ئەنجام نەدرابوو، بۆیە هیوادارین وە چاوەڕوانین کە لە ماوەیەکى کەمى داهاتوو بەرهەمەکانى ئەم سەنتەرە ببینین لە روى توێژینەوە لە بوارە مرۆڤایەتى و پەروەردەیى و مێژووییەکانەوە.

هەر لەم چەند رۆژە زانکۆى کۆیە لە مەراسیمێک خەڵاتى هەموو ئەو کەسانەى کرد کەوا لە خزمەت کردن و ئاستە زانستیەکانیان بە شێوەیەکى باڵا بەردەوامن لە زانکۆو هەموو ئەوانەش کەساڵانێک بە دڵسۆزى خزمەتى زانکۆیان کردووە.

هەر ئەمساڵ و لەمانگى (9) زانکۆى کۆیەو ڕێکخراوى (Seed Foundation)ى ئەمریکى بڕوانامەى بەشدارى لەخولى چارەسەرى دەروونیان بەخشیە (95) کەس لەماوەى (18) مانگى ڕابردوو بەشداریان لەخولەکانى چارەسەرى دەروونى کردبوو، وە سەجەم خەرجى و تێچووەکانى ئەم خولانەش لەلایەن وەزارەتى دەرەوەى ئەمریکاوە دابین کرابوو، وە بەرنامەمان هەیە کە لە ئایندەشدا بەردەوامبین، چونکە ئەم بوارە بۆ ژیانى کۆمەڵگاى کوردستانى لە ئیستادا زۆر گرینگە.

بەڕێزان:

لەماوەى رابردوودا لە ئامارەکانى ڕاپۆرتى رووپێوى دیمۆگرافى لە هەرێمى کوردستان کە لەلایەن دەستەى ئامارى هەرێم و بە هاوکارى سندوقى نەتەوەیەکگرتووەکان بۆ کارو بارى دانیشتوان و ڕێکخراوى نێودەوڵەتى کۆچ ئەنجام درابوو تیایدا دەریدەخست کە خوێندن پەیوەندیەکى بەهێزى هەیە بە بەشدارى کردن لە هێزى کاردا وە بەتایبەتیش بۆ ژنان و کچان،

لەو ئامارانەدا ئەوە دەردەکەوێت کە تەنها ٤%ى ئەو ئافرەتانەى لەماڵ هاتبوونە دەر بۆ کارکردن هیچ بڕوانامەیەکیان نەبوو وە ٥% یش بڕوانامەى سەرەتایى یان ناوەندیان هەبووە، بەڵام ٣٤%ى ژنان و کچانى سەرکار لەوانە بوون کە بڕوانامەکانیان ئامادەیى و سەروى ئامادەیى بووە وە ئەم ئامارانە بە ڕوونى دەریدەخەن کە لە ئیستادا لە کوردستان بەراوردى گەنجان و بەتەمەنەکان لە ڕوى خوێندەوارى و هەبوونى بڕوانامەوە جیاوازیەکى زۆرى هەیە، بۆ نموونە گەنجانى (18 تا 27) ساڵى ٨٦%یان خاوەن بڕوانامەو خوێندەوارن بەڵام ئەوانەى تەمەنیان ٦٥ ساڵ و سەروترە ١٧% خوێندەوار و خاوەن بڕوانامەن.

ئەمانە هەموو زیندوویى کۆمەڵگەى کوردستانى پێشان دەدەن کە سوپاس بۆ خوا کوردستانەکەمان لە ئاستى خوێندەواریدا زۆر بەرەو پێش چووەو هیوادارین زانکۆکان و دەزگاکانى خوێندن و خوێندنى باڵا بە بازارى کارەوە زیاتر ببەسترێنەوە .

لە کۆتاییدا:

بەناوى ئەنجومەنى زانکۆوە پیرۆزبایى لە دەرچووانى خولى سیانزەمینى زانکۆمان دەکەین وە دەستى ماندووبوونى مامۆستایانى ماندوو نەناسى زانکۆمان و سەرجەم کارمەندان و کەس و کارى خوێندکاران دەگوشین.

وە هیواى سەرکەوتن بۆ هەموو لایەک و کوردستانێکى ئارام و ئاسودەش بە ئاوات دەخوازین.
