رۆژى ١١ / ١١ / ٢٠١٩ شاندێكى زانكۆى لوبنانى فەڕەنسى كە بە ( LFU ) ناودەبرێت ، بەسەرۆكايەتى بەڕێز د. محمد صديق سەرۆكى زانكۆو بەڕێز پ. ى . دكتۆر سەردار قادر . سەرۆكى بەشى ياسا و پ . دكتۆر مصباح سليمان سەرۆكى بەشى ئينگليزى و بەڕێز مامۆستا شيراز بەڕيوەبەرى پێداگۆجى لە زانكۆى ( LFU) لەگەل خاتوو سالى بەريوەبەرى پەيوەنديەكانى زانكۆ، سەردانى زانكۆى كۆيەيان كرد .

لەلايەن بەڕێز پڕۆفيسۆر دكتۆر وەلى محمود حمد سەرۆكى زانكۆى كۆيەو ئەندامانى ئەنجومەنى زانكۆى كۆيە و بە ئامادەبوونی د.ھاوکار باپیر بەڕێوەبەری پەیوەندییەکانی زانکۆی کۆیە، لە نووسينگەى سەرۆكى زانكۆ پێشوازى لە شاندى ميوان كرا. دواتر باس لە زانكۆى كۆيەو فاكەلتى و بەشەكانى زانكۆى كۆيە كرا .

هەر هەمان ڕۆژ لەهۆڵى كۆبوونەوەكانى ئەنجومەنى زانكۆ كۆبوونەوەيەك لەلايەن سەرۆك و ئەندامانى ئەنجومەنى زانكۆمان و شاندى ميوان بەڕێوەچوو. کە تێیدا ياداشتنامەى لێكتێگەيشتن لە نێوان زانكۆى كۆيەو زانكۆى ( LFU ) واژۆ كرا . خاڵى سەرەكى واژۆكردنى ئەم ياداشتنامەيە بريتى بوو لە كردنەوەى خوێندنى دكتۆرا لە بەشى زمانى ئینگلیزى ئينگليزى و بەشەكانى ترى زانكۆى كۆيە ، بە هاوبەشى لەگەڵ زانكۆى لوبنانى فەرەنسى، هەر بۆ ئەم مەبەستەش لە بەشێکى کۆبوونەوەکەدا بەڕێز م. ئارەزو رەشید سەرۆکى بەشى زمانى ئینگلیزى لە فاکەڵتى زانستە مرۆڤایەتى و کۆمەڵایەتییەکان بەشداری کۆبوونەوەکەی کردو تواناى بەشەکەیان و پێداویستییان بۆ خوێندنى باڵا خرایە بەرچاو ئەندامانى شاندى میوان، دواتر بەڕێز پ.د. مصباح لە بەشى زمانى ئینگلیزى لەلایەن سەرۆکایەتى بەش و لیژنەى زانستى پێشوازى لێکراو چەند خاڵێکى پەیوەست بە خوێندنى باڵا باسکراو، چاوەڕێ دەکرێ تا لە سەرۆکایەتی ھەردوو زانکۆ پڕۆژەیەکى ورد لەمبارەیەوە دادەبڕژرێت.

وە بڕياريش درا لە داهاتوودا زياتر گرنگى بدرێت بە پتەوكردنى پەيوەنديیە زانستيیەكانى نێوان ھەردوو زانکۆ.

On 11/11/2019, a delegation from the Lebanese-French University (LFU) paid a visit to Koya University. The delegation was headed by Dr. Mohammed Siddiq, the President of LFU, Dr. Sardar Qadir, Head of Law Department, Dr. Mesbah Suleiman, Head of the English Department, Ms. Shiraz,Director of pedagogy at LFU, and Ms. Sally, Director of University Relations and was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Wali Mahmood Hamad, President of Koya University, members of the University Council, and the Director of Koya University Relations, Dr. Hawkar Bapir. The meeting started with some discussions about Koya University, its faculties and departments.

On the same day and in a meeting held at the University Council Meeting Hall, the two parties signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) which centered on opening joint PHD programmes in English language and in other subjects by the two universities. To this end, Ms. Arazoo Rasheed Othman, Head of the Department of English at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences participated in the meeting and explained their department's need and capacity to open postgraduate programmes. Later, Dr. Mesbah Mesbah Suleiman, Head of the English Department at LFU was received by the head of the English Department and the Scientific Committee of the department where the two sides discussed issues related to postgraduate studies. It is agreed that the presidencies of both universities will work on designing a detailed project concerning this.

The two sides also decided to further strengthen academic relations in the future.
